WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PayPal and most major credit card payments, as well as various other methods such as Affirm, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, or Pay Now by Klarna, depending on your location.
We accept payments from all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro.

WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?
All the items will be packed with small cleaning cloth. In addition to that, you may avoid showers or sleeping with the jewelry.
Avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes and creams to get over your pieces.
For repairs on broken chains: I may repair a chain of your necklace, in case the chain brakes in up to one year of the purchase.
For any repairs beyond that point, I can not accept requests for chain repairs.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER GIFT-WRAPPED?
Absolutely! Each item will be shipped in a gift jewelry box.
If you want to add a personalized message, send us an email at the time of ordering, referring to your order number, and we'll add note for the recipient.
If you would like the gift box to be packed with matching organza bag, please let us know in advance, or right after your order has been placed.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Check your local postal services for details.
WHAT MEATALS ARE YOU USING?
We use sterling silver or 14k yellow or rose gold filled for most jewelry.
Gold filled is It is a layered material constructed in two or three layers. The gold alloy is bonded to one or both surfaces of the brass core with heat and pressure. Gold-filled jewelry supplies are legally required to be 5% or 1/20 gold by weight. Gold-filled jewelry supplies are a lifetime product because the gold layer bonded to the brass core is quite thick. However, in rare instances of extreme sulfide exposure, it can blacken. Gold filled jewelry are time resistant when stored properly and taken care of.
Sterling silver is a high-quality metal consisting of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper content. Needs regular cleaning and proper storage.
